Terry Reynolds, a laid-off Railroad Engineer in 1983 was forced to make a career change. In 1984 Terry entered the Real Estate Business. You might say his first year was a "record year." A deep economic recession in the Midwest had caused record high interest rates, record high unemployment rates, a record number of repossessed homes, and agents leaving the business in record numbers. So, with little hope of survival, and being brand new, Terry started his Real Estate career. Not only did Terry survive those first few years in real estate, he flourished.
